WEDDING IN ATLANTA GA
Every time we get to visit Atlanta, we feel super excited to find out what places we’ll be exploring and taking pictures of, and since this city is one of our favorite places in the world, we knew we could never be disappointed. This wedding day ended up turning into a very special wedding weekend, not only we had the opportunity to photograph two of the most amazing places to have a wedding at like the Cathedral Of Christ The King and The Wimbish House, but we also had the best day with this bride and groom chilling and taking pictures at the iconic Jackson Street Bridge and the Ponce City Market.
Being Venezuelans ourselves and living out of our home country, every time we can be part of a wedding with food and traditions of our country is a great joy and it becomes a refreshing memory every time we see the photos or videos from that day. On this occasion, the tequeños, arepas, the crazy hour and much more, where many of their guests were able to taste and enjoy the delights of some of the best traditions and cuisine Venezuelan for the first time without leaving behind the American essence from the groom and his family. We thank this couple so much for trusting in our work with their multicultural event. For now, we have to fly back home, but we are counting the days when we have to return to the stunning Atlanta.
Groom and family got dressed at the Loews Hotel Atlanta,
which had a magnificent view of the city.
This beautiful bride wore a breathtaking dress by designer Lazaro that further enhanced her natural beauty. One of the things that caught our attention the most was how long and elegant her veil was.
When it comes to churches, the Cathedral Of Christ The King is one that doesn’t go unnoticed in Atlanta, being an impressive architectural work of art, and the mother-church for the one million members of the Catholic Archdiocese of Atlanta, this temple definitely had a leading role during the ceremony and it was very important for this couple.
The reception took place at The Wimbish House,
A location owed by The Atlanta Woman’s Club and has a beautiful ballroom decorated in a classic and elegant style. Family and friends had the time of their lives, and to be honest, we did too!
Trash The Dress Session
This couple wanted to enjoy their wedding to the fullest, so they decided to dedicate the day after the wedding with a ¨Trash The Dress Session“, a photoshoot where the couple wears their wedding attire again (wedding dress and groom suit), and we go to a location of their choice to take casual and fun pictures, without the pressures and the tight timeline of the wedding day. It’s such a fun day, we all have a great time, and they also have a new opportunity to wear their wedding attires in a more casual and relaxed way. As you may know, Atlanta is a powerful city, with many incredible locations whether you are looking for an urban environment, or you are a nature lover. This couple wanted us to give prominence to the great capital of Georgia, and what better place to do it than the Jackson Street Bridge where you can see have the entire city as a backdrop.
Later we went to one of the best places in this southern gem to shop, eat, visit, and take photos: The Ponce City Market. This mixed-use development was the best setting to portray this couple enjoying all the activities offered by this trending location.
